Service Agreement

The plain-English terms for every BPA plan.

Version 1.0 · Last updated October 23, 2026

Blueprint Pilot Automations, LLC ("BPA," "we," "us"), an Arizona limited liability company, 2820 S Alma School Rd, Ste 18 PMB 2079, Chandler, AZ 85286 · [email protected] · (480) 997-8244.

You ("Client") are the business that buys a BPA plan. The person accepting confirms they are authorized to bind the business. This agreement is written in plain English on purpose. If something is unclear, ask us before you buy.

1. How you accept

1.1 You accept this agreement in one of two ways: (a) by checking the "I agree to the Terms" box at Stripe checkout, or (b) by e-signing an Order Form (used for Autopilot, Flight Plan and any custom work). Electronic acceptance and signatures are as binding as ink signatures.

1.2 What's in the deal: this agreement + your Order Form or checkout receipt (your "Order") + our Refund Policy (/refund) and Privacy Policy (/privacy). If the Order conflicts with this agreement, the Order wins for that item only.

1.3 This is a business-to-business agreement. Our plans are sold to businesses for business use, not for personal or household use.

2. What we provide (scope by plan)

2.1 You get the plan and any add-ons listed on your Order. Current plans:

Plan Setup Monthly First monthly charge Summary
Liftoff $497 $97 (or $970/year) 90 days after purchase (setup covers the first 3 months) Missed-call text-back, review requests, instant lead alerts, monthly summary. Texting included. 30-day money-back guarantee (see /refund).
Cruise $950 $150 30 days after purchase Everything in Liftoff plus a fast mobile-first website (a new build or a redo of your current site, same price), estimate form with photo upload, year-one hosting, domain and basic email.
Autopilot $1,950 $397 30 days after purchase Everything in Cruise plus AI call answering (200 minutes/month, then $0.50/minute), lead routing, quote follow-up, online booking, Google Business Profile work and job-status texts.
Flight Plan Custom Custom Per Order Form Fully custom and managed, scoped and priced in a written Order Form.
AI receptionist add-on (Liftoff/Cruise) $697 $247 Per Order Answers after-hours and busy-time calls as your business. 200 minutes/month, then $0.50/minute. Included in Autopilot.

2.2 Other add-ons are quoted by us and listed on your Order.

2.3 Anything not listed on your Order is out of scope. We'll quote extra work in writing before doing it. No surprise charges.

2.4 We may improve or swap the tools we use behind the scenes as long as you still get what your plan describes.

2.5 Hosting, domain and email (Cruise and up): year-one hosting, domain and basic email are included. We'll tell you in writing at least 30 days before any renewal cost after year one, and nothing extra is charged without your written OK.

2.6 Gifts and promotions: gifted plans, bonuses and promotions follow the terms shown with the offer and our Refund Policy.

2.7 Setup timing. Setup normally takes about 7 days after we have everything we need from you. Texting goes live only after carrier (10DLC) registration is approved, which is controlled by carriers, so we can't promise a date.

3. Your responsibilities

3.1 Give us accurate, complete business info (name, services, hours, service area, pricing you want shown) and keep it updated.

3.2 Give us the access we need (domain, Google Business Profile, phone forwarding, calendar), and complete verification codes and approvals that only you can do.

3.3 Review and approve copy, scripts, greetings and the website within 5 business days of our request. If we don't hear back, timelines move by the same amount.

3.4 You're responsible for what your business tells customers and for your own licenses, pricing and promises.

3.5 Don't use the services for anything illegal, deceptive, harassing or spammy, or to text or call people who haven't agreed to it (see section 9).

3.6 Your own website policies and forms. If your site or forms collect customer info, you're responsible for your privacy policy and any consent wording your business needs. We'll set up the standard texting-consent checkbox and links, and you approve them.

3.7 Accessibility. We build sites with reasonable accessibility practices (readable text, alt text, keyboard-friendly buttons), but we can't guarantee that any site meets every accessibility standard, and you're responsible for content you add.

4. Fees, billing and auto-renewal (please read)

4.1 Setup is charged when you buy or sign.

4.2 Monthly plans renew automatically every month (or every year for the yearly Liftoff option) and are charged to the card you used at checkout until you cancel. Your first monthly charge comes on the date shown in section 2.1 or your Order. The price, frequency and first charge date are shown before you pay.

4.3 Prices are in US dollars and don't include taxes, which you pay if they apply.

4.4 No hidden fees. We don't charge cancellation fees, late fees or setup "admin" fees that aren't on your Order. If any carrier or registration fee would ever be passed through to you, it will be listed on your Order before you buy. Otherwise, there are none.

4.5 Price changes. We'll email you at least 30 days before any price change to your plan. You can cancel before it takes effect.

4.6 We send a receipt for every charge, and we'll email a reminder at least 15 days before any yearly renewal.

5. Cancel anytime

5.1 Monthly plans are month to month. There's no long-term contract unless your Order says so. Cancel anytime by emailing [email protected] or calling (480) 997-8244. You never have to call to cancel. If you bought online, you can also cancel online through the secure billing link in your receipt email or the link we send you on request (the Stripe customer portal).

5.2 Cancellation stops all future charges. Service continues through the end of the period you've already paid for, and then ends. We'll confirm your cancellation in writing within 2 business days.

5.3 Refunds follow our Refund Policy (/refund). It includes the Liftoff 30-day money-back guarantee. Setup fee: if you cancel before your kickoff call, we refund your setup fee in full. Once the kickoff call has happened and work has started, the setup fee isn't refundable (except under the Liftoff guarantee). Monthly fees already paid aren't refunded for partial months.

5.4 Yearly Liftoff: if you cancel mid-year, your service continues through the year you paid for and won't renew. The unused part isn't refunded, except under the Liftoff guarantee.

6. Late or failed payments

6.1 If a charge fails, Stripe retries it automatically and we email you. Please update your card.

6.2 If a payment is still unpaid 10 days after we email you, we may pause services (for example, the AI receptionist or texting) after a second written notice. Your website stays online for at least 30 days after pausing. We won't delete your data or release your number during a pause.

6.3 Services resume once the balance is paid. We don't charge late fees or reactivation fees.

6.4 If the balance is unpaid 60 days after the first notice, either of us may end the agreement, and the unpaid balance is still owed.

6.5 Suspension for safety. We may pause a feature right away, with prompt notice to you, if it's being used for spam, fraud or illegal messages, or to stop a security problem. We'll restore it once the issue is fixed.

6.6 Before you file a chargeback, contact us first so we can fix the issue.

7. Usage and overage (AI call minutes)

7.1 AI call answering includes 200 minutes per month. Minutes over 200 are $0.50 per minute, billed the next month. Unused minutes don't roll over. Minutes are counted as connected call time, rounded up to the next minute.

7.2 We'll aim to notify you when you reach about 80% of your minutes. Calls keep being answered past 200 minutes so you don't miss leads, unless you ask us in writing to set a monthly overage cap.

7.3 If you see unusual usage (like spam calls), tell us and we'll work with you on blocking it.

8. Who owns what

8.1 You own your stuff: your business name, logos, photos, written content, your domain (registered in your name), your customer and lead data, call recordings and transcripts, and the finished website content we make for you once paid for.

8.2 We own our tools: our templates, code libraries, prompts, workflows, automations, know-how and anything we built before or apart from your project. You get a license to use what's built into your setup while you're a client. Generic improvements we make can be reused for other clients, but never your data or confidential info.

8.3 When you leave: - Domain: it's already in your name, and it goes with you. We'll help transfer DNS. - Website export: we'll give you a copy of your site's files within 14 days of your request, as a static (HTML) zip file with your site's pages, design and content. Our private automation code, integrations and tools aren't included. Ask before or within 30 days after service ends. - Your data: we'll export your lead list and available call records in a common file format (CSV) on request. - Phone numbers: your existing business number is always yours (we only forward it). For any new number we set up for you for AI answering or texting, we'll release it or help port it to your carrier on request, at no charge from us, as long as the carrier allows it and you ask before or within 30 days after service ends. Your new carrier may charge its own fees.

8.4 You give us permission to use your content only to provide the services. We won't use your name or logo as a client reference without your written OK.

9. Texting, calling, recording and AI: compliance and consent

9.1 AI disclosure. We configure AI receptionists and chat tools to be honest that they're automated or virtual assistants and never to claim to be human. You'll approve the greeting before go-live, and you agree not to ask us to make them pretend to be human. Some laws (for example, California's bot-disclosure law) require this kind of disclosure.

9.2 Call recording. Some states require everyone on a call to agree before recording (including California, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania and Washington, with Delaware, Connecticut, Michigan and New Jersey having related rules). Arizona requires only one party. Because callers can be anywhere, recorded calls start with a notice that the call may be recorded by default, and you agree not to ask us to remove it. You approve the exact wording, and you're responsible for any other recording notices your business needs.

9.3 Your contact lists are your responsibility. For any texts or calls to your customers (reactivation campaigns, referral texts, quote follow-ups, review requests, marketing messages), you confirm that you have the consent the law requires, including prior express written consent for marketing messages under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the FCC's rules (which treat AI-generated voices as "artificial voice"), and that you'll honor opt-outs. We'll check for consent before sending campaigns, can refuse a list that looks non-compliant, and will honor STOP replies automatically.

9.4 Carrier rules (10DLC). Business texting requires carrier registration. You agree to give truthful info for registration and to follow carrier and CTIA messaging rules. Carriers can delay, filter or block messages, and that's outside our control.

9.5 Quiet hours and lists. You won't ask us to send marketing messages to numbers on Do-Not-Call lists without consent or outside legal hours.

10. Health, legal and other sensitive information (no HIPAA unless signed)

10.1 Our standard services are not designed for HIPAA-protected health information (PHI), and we don't sign Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) by default. If you're a healthcare provider or other HIPAA "covered entity," don't send us PHI and set your AI greeting and forms to avoid collecting it, unless we've both signed a separate BAA first. We don't claim HIPAA compliance.

10.2 Don't use our services to collect Social Security numbers, full card numbers, bank details, or other sensitive data we didn't agree to handle in writing.

10.3 Law firms and other regulated professions: you decide what your intake may collect under your own professional rules, and you approve the setup before it goes live.

11. Confidentiality and data handling

11.1 Each of us will keep the other's non-public business info confidential, use it only for this agreement, and protect it with reasonable care. This doesn't cover info that's public, already known, independently developed, or that the law requires us to disclose (we'll give notice if allowed).

11.2 Your data: we use your and your customers' data only to provide the services. We never sell it. We share it only with the service providers needed to run your setup (section 13), under their own security terms.

11.3 AI providers: we don't sell your data or use it to build products for other clients. AI features send call and chat content to our AI providers so they can process it, under those providers' own terms and data policies, which we choose with care but don't control.

11.4 Retention: call recordings and transcripts are kept for 90 days unless you ask for a different period. Lead records are kept while you're a client. You can ask for a shorter or longer recording period in writing.

11.5 Deletion when you leave: within 30 days after service ends (after any export you asked for), we delete your data from systems we control, remove our access to your accounts, and confirm in writing. Backups roll off on their normal schedule. We may keep billing records the law requires.

11.6 Security incidents: if we learn your data was accessed without authorization, we'll notify you without undue delay and help you meet any notice duties.

12. Results, warranties and their limits

12.1 We promise: to do the work in a professional, workmanlike way, test your setup before go-live, and fix things we built that don't work as described. If something we built breaks, tell us and we'll work to fix it promptly. That's your main remedy, plus any refund under our Refund Policy.

12.2 No guaranteed results. We can't guarantee a number of leads, calls, bookings, reviews, Google or Maps rankings, AI-search mentions, or revenue. Calculators and estimates are illustrations.

12.3 AI can make mistakes. It may mishear, misunderstand or give an imperfect answer. You'll review the scripts and alerts, and you should confirm bookings, quotes and important details with your customers.

12.4 Except for what's written in this agreement, the services are provided "as is" and "as available," and we disclaim implied warranties (like merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) as far as the law allows.

13. Third-party services and uptime

13.1 Your setup runs on third-party services such as Retell (AI voice), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and AI chat), Google, domain registrars, and phone and texting carriers. Their outages, changes, price increases or policy decisions are outside our control. We'll tell you about any change that affects your plan and work on alternatives.

13.2 No uptime guarantee (no SLA). We don't promise 100% uptime. Your calls still ring your own phone as usual, and missed-call forwarding is designed to fail safe where possible.

13.3 Support: email [email protected] or call or text (480) 997-8244. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM–5 PM Arizona time, except holidays. We aim to reply within 1 business day, and the same business day for outages. These are goals, not guarantees.

13.4 If a third party raises its price enough to change our cost, we'll give you 30 days' notice before any price change (section 4.5).

14. Limitation of liability

14.1 Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost revenue, lost leads, or lost business opportunities, even if warned they might happen.

14.2 Each side's total liability for all claims under this agreement is capped at the fees you paid BPA in the 12 months before the claim arose.

14.3 The caps don't apply to: your obligation to pay fees owed; either side's indemnity obligations in section 15; fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct; or anything the law doesn't allow to be limited.

15. Indemnity (each side covers its own conduct)

15.1 You'll cover us (defend and pay reasonable costs, settlements and judgments) for third-party claims arising from: your contact lists and your messages or calls to your customers, including TCPA and consent claims; content or info you provided; your products, services or business conduct; or your use of the services against this agreement or the law.

15.2 We'll cover you for third-party claims that: the materials we created (not your content or third-party tools) infringe someone's intellectual property; or come from our breach of our confidentiality or data-handling duties, or our violation of law in providing the services.

15.3 The protected party must notify the other promptly, let them control the defense, and cooperate. No settlement admitting fault for the other side without their OK.

16. Term and termination

16.1 This agreement starts when you accept and continues while you have an active plan.

16.2 Either of us can end it anytime with notice as described in section 5 (you) or with 30 days' written notice (us). If we end it without cause, we'll refund any prepaid fees for service not yet delivered.

16.3 Either of us can end it right away if the other seriously breaches it and doesn't fix the problem within 15 days of written notice, or for illegal use of the services.

16.4 Sections that by nature should continue (fees owed, ownership, confidentiality, data deletion, liability limits, indemnity, disputes) survive termination.

17. Disputes

17.1 Talk first. If there's a problem, email the other side with details. We'll both try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days before taking formal action.

17.2 Then: either side may bring a claim in an Arizona small claims court (for claims within its limit, currently $5,000) or in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and both sides agree to those courts. There's no mandatory arbitration.

17.3 Each side pays its own lawyers' fees, unless Arizona law allows the court to award them (A.R.S. § 12-341.01).

17.4 Claims are brought individually, not as a class.

17.5 Governing law: Arizona law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

18. General

18.1 Changes to these terms. We may update this agreement. We'll post the new version at /service-agreement with a new date and email active clients at least 30 days before a change that materially affects you. If you don't agree, you can cancel before it takes effect with no fee. Changes never apply to a dispute that already started, and price changes follow section 4.5.

18.2 Independent contractors. We're not partners, employees or agents of each other.

18.3 Assignment. Neither side can transfer this agreement without the other's consent, except as part of selling the business, with notice.

18.4 Force majeure. Neither side is liable for delays caused by events outside reasonable control (outages, carrier failures, disasters), except payment duties.

18.5 Notices go by email to the address on your Order and to [email protected].

18.6 Electronic communications. You agree we can send notices, receipts and this agreement electronically.

18.7 Whole agreement. This agreement plus your Order and our policies is the entire deal. If a part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing something right away isn't a waiver.

19. Questions

Email [email protected] or call (480) 997-8244.

20. Fairness note

We wrote this to protect both sides. You can cancel anytime with no fee, you own your content, domain and data, there are no hidden or late fees, price and terms changes come with 30 days' notice, both sides' liability is limited the same way, and each side covers what it controls. If any part feels unfair, tell us before you buy.
