Our 30-day money-back guarantee and how gift refunds work.

30-day money-back guarantee (starter package)
If we can’t get it texting back your missed calls, you get a full refund. The guarantee applies when:
- You request the refund within 30 days of purchase.
- You have completed your 15-minute setup call first.
- It is the first guarantee claim for your business. The guarantee is limited to one per business.
How a claim works
- Tell us about the problem. After you report it, we get 3 business days to fix it.
- If we can’t get it texting back your missed calls, you get a full refund.
- Temporary outages or blocks caused by phone carriers, the texting provider or your own phone service don’t count as a failure.
Gifts
A gifted starter package is refundable any time before the gift is claimed. Once the recipient claims the gift, it is not refundable.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] or call (480) 997-8244 with your name, business name and the email used at checkout. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
